The Challenge: This upstart bank was trying to distinguish itself in the marketplace. What was its value proposition? What distinguished it in the marketplace? Why should anyone choose its services over the competition? The website blog was identified as a critical touchpoint through which to make the case, communicate brand messaging and engage prospects. We needed to use the blog to communicate brand value propositions, and to do so in the most straightforward and easy to use way possible.
The Solution: We developed a series of articles about people who, like the bank itself, made it their mandate to challenge the status quo. The new content was set with a uniform look and feel. Best UX practices were applied to the design of the blog interface – ideas were derived from other blogs that had exceptional usability and readability, and were explored in a series of wireframes and layout designs.
